Teams and Line Managers

Add to favourites

This guide has been developed as a tool to signpost supervisors, managers, Health Boards, and GP Practices to resources which can assist in providing a robust induction, and ongoing pastoral support for any new IMGs joining the workforce.

Explore the resources for teams and line managers. We hope this is a useful tool for IMGs starting any medical role in NHS Scotland.
