2025/26
This course is delivered in a blended learning format consisting of flipped classroom eLearning modules, facilitated MS Teams sessions and homework. The MS Teams sessions take place over two full days (10am to 4pm) and one half day over a total period of five to six weeks, with presentations to be prepared between each MS Team session.
Facilitated MS Teams dates 2nd & 16th February 2026 (both 10am-4pm) and 2nd March 2026 10am-1pm - TBC
Flipped classroom material sent out 2 weeks ahead of each MS Teams session, with submitted ‘homework’ due the working day prior to that session. Participants should allocate sufficient time to complete this work.
If you are interested in becoming a CCL trainer please ask your Line Manager to complete the CCL Trainer Application Form as soon as possible.
If there is sufficient applications before the planned February 2026 training we shall endeavour to arrange an additional training course before the end of 2025.
