To work with the key stakeholders to streamline the processes associated with ‘Out of Area referrals’ to reduce single person reliance, monitor the decision making process, and remove waste in the system in order to ensure compliance with Information Governance and Data Protection guidelines, this includes reviewing the current ways of working, identifying improvements and developing recommendations by December 2023.
