Faculty Development Alliance (FDA) courses available to new trainers.

Introduction

The TDC have developed entry level resources to support trainers and assist in the recognition and approval process.

  • This entry-level course is aimed at those consultants, public health consultants and SAS-grade doctors who are about to undertake an educational role and covers the fundamentals of both Clinical and Educational Supervision.

  • This course is aimed at trainees who are within one year of their CCT date, and aims to enable them to be “trainer-ready” when they CCT. This course is suitable for all those who are about to undertake an educational role.

  • This course is aimed at GPs with a minimum of two years’ experience post-CCT and who are interested in becoming a GP trainer.
