Learning aims: - To provide an introduction to the principles and practice of knee arthroplasty surgery
- To apply a range of teaching methods to aid understanding and skill development
- To assess the utility of virtual reality simulation in teaching arthroplasty principles
Learning outcomes: - Understand: indications for TKR, common approaches, surgical process intraoperative considerations
- Practice: familiarisation with kit, jig placement, resection measurement, power tool use
