The Digital Health and Care Leadership Project I have implemented into Edinburgh’s District Nursing service is still currently underway. The project itself has been immensely rewarding and has expanded my knowledge and insight into leading change, whilst gaining an understanding of quality improvement techniques. The programme has involved enabling others, whilst working with them to embrace and support change. The project is still in it’s early infancy, and audits will continue throughout.
