Transitioning Adult Social Services Supported Living daily administrative and health monitoring processes onto Microsoft Teams. Improving accessibility for frontline staff and managers to have insight and oversight for the people we support. This project will also improve and refine data gathering of the people we support, which will impact Practice & Development of the support we provide. Using tools from the MS Suite such as Power Automate and MS Forms to create & manage a digital platform for Enable Scotland, utilising pre-existing but untapped resources.
