The implementation and roll out of Hospital electronic prescribing and medicines administration (HEPMA) for NHS Highland was the main focus of my project. This project includes several smaller projects to enable HEPMA to be delivered to the organisation. Although I have not yet implemented HEPMA I have used the skills gained from this course to support the other projects and HEPMA development work. The initial aim is to pilot HEPMA before the end of this year.
