As with everyone else, pre covid we ran things differently and all our groups were face to face. As restrictions came into place we had to review a variety of digital platforms to enable us to continue holding groups. The one platform which covered all our requirements was Zoom, we faced hurdles, working through Information Governance and eHealth requirements. This took a lot of hard work and crossing many obstacles but we persevered. We are continuing our digital journey by examining other platforms as they become more intuitive and are hoping to move to the Near Me platform in the very near future.
