Optimising Patient Centred Care Through Effective and Efficient Use of Appointment Type (Virtual Patient Management (VPM) and Face to Face) Clear project charter set. Feedback from all key stakeholders gathered and analysed. Results - Positive aspects of VPM identified. Clear indication that face to face appointment is required within the patient journey, ensuring clear diagnosis and appropriate treatment pathway. Actions/ recommendations - All NP appointment face to face with mixture of return appointment types based on patient choice and clinical need. Further exploration required in vetting, possible use of artificial intelligence to ensure right person in addition correct appointment type.
