QI Zone The Quality Improvement Zone (QI Zone) is a learning and resource site from the NHS Education for Scotland Quality Improvement team which provides information and resources to support people with experience at all levels of quality improvement to develop their knowledge. The team provide learning, development and networking opportunities to build skills, knowledge and confidence, enabling the public and 3rd sector to use QI methodology to deliver better services, care and outcomes for the people of Scotland.
Patient Safety The Patient Safety Zone provides information and resources to support health care workers with experience at all levels to develop their knowledge and understanding of patient safety issues.
IPC Zone Infection Prevention and Control The page provides information on education resources for health and social care staff and students in Scotland in relation to infection prevention and control.

National Infection Prevention and Control Manual : Chapter 4 - Infection Control in the Built Environment and Decontamination This exists as a repository for evidence reviews and tools relating to IPC in the built environment including delivery of appropriate decontamination within health and care settings and risk mitigation for water based pathogens.
