For my DMAHP’s Cohort-14 end of course evaluation I have decided to write a blog as I feel this provides a more thorough perspective of my journey throughout this programme. I currently work as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy team lead in NHS Ayrshire & Arran and due to the impact of COVID-19 my project focused on the implementation of virtual group programmes across Physiotherapy as a whole. The DNMAHP’s course enabled me to reflect on previous service improvement projects I have been involved in and to look at the broader aspects of project implementation and leadership associated with digital health.
