Many community AHP staff were working from home for significant periods of time as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This rapid change to working practices was accompanied with the rollout of Microsoft (MS) Teams and Office 365 (O365). My project was to establish a centralised electronic resource list that was automatically populated from posts shared on MS Teams, but has broadened to develop a range of uses of Office 365. This has included rostering, forms, training resources and automation of functions. Alongside this, looking at the digital literacy and skills of staff to utilise these functions.
