The project Involved collaboration with IT services and MSK Team to develop Digital forms to collect and store patient information, allow data collection and Audit, and ensure improved patient safety with real time access to patient records. The project was initiated at management level then handed to myself as priority project for our MSK Team- Having choosing the team to implement Morse (Cambric patient records system), we went through- Forming, storming and norming- then we performed to develop 7 digital forms on MORSE digital systems. These link with Clinical Portal and TOPAS patient management system and allow us to access all relevant patient records and add treatments and assessments to these with real time patient records which are accessible to all clinicians involved in patient care. Data- staff digital readiness survey, Time and motion study of current practice and appointment utilisation- which will be monitored ongoing to determine the efficiency savings of the project.
