There has been a flood of resources developed to support children, young people, parents and families (CYPF) and the practitioners who work with them during these unprecedented times of coping with the challenges faced due to COVID-19. The sheer volume of information can be overwhelming. The resources that follow are a selection of offerings that we have either developed or reviewed and rated as being amongst the most relevant and accessible. There are many more resources available, but we hope this is a helpful starting point for busy parents, families and professionals alike. Free online resources about emotional health and wellbeing from Togetherness Online (formerly Solihull Approach Online)
The Scottish Government, in partnership with NHS Education for Scotland (NES), is providing free access to the full Togetherness Online resource for everyone living in Scotland. The resources available include information relevant to the antenatal stage through to age 19, and are ideal for use by parents, carers, teenagers, and professionals. The online resource focusses on developing nurturing and supportive relationships between children and their carers.
