This webinar is for leaders and managers at all levels who are interested in looking at leadership approaches for our complex and challenging environment. It is presented by Graham Paxton.

This webinar seeks to explore the complexity and challenges of our health and care system:

  • What does this mean for all of us in the work we do?
  • What responses can this complexity provoke in us?
  • What can the leadership approach we adopt offer as constructive positive response to the challenges?

Graham shares a personal narrative around working with effective leaders, and his observations on the positive impact they can have; proposing that the impact we can all have as leaders when working collectively and collaboratively is powerful and potentially transformative.
