Our eLearning resources are a great way for you to learn about Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and how it's used to enhance health and care services.
If you're new to TEC or have some experience of using it at work, our resources will help increase your understanding. You'll also find links to real-life examples of how TEC is being used successfully by health and care organisations across Scotland.
*You must sign into your Turas account before you can access the eLearning resources. If you don't have a Turas account, you can create one here or follow the instructions below.
Anyone who works or volunteers in or with the public sector in Scotland (including third/voluntary sector or if you work in care homes, care at home or day care) can sign up for a Turas account.

Select the green Helpdesk button if you need assistance to register and we will help you set up your account.
Please sign in to access our eLearning resources, by clicking 'Sign in' at the top of the page. The learning activities will be recorded in your learning record.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
The Introduction to Technology Enabled Care module was archived on 27 February 2026.
If you previously completed the module, your certificate will remain available in your Learning History.
It has now been replaced by the new TEC Pathway: Explore Level, which launched on 05 March 2026. This new resource offers an updated and accessible introduction to Technology Enabled Care for the health and social care workforce.
