The Explore pathway is designed for anyone working in health and social care, regardless of your role, sector, or experience. It's ideal if you:
- Work in or are interested in Technology Enabled Care (TEC) across health, social care, housing, or the third and independent sectors
- Are new to TEC and curious to learn more
- Are already using TEC and want to deepen your understanding
Whatever your background, the Explore pathway will help you take the next step in your TEC journey.

By completing the Explore pathway, you will be able to:
- Describe what TEC is, including common terminology and real-world examples
- Understand why TEC matters for delivering safe, effective, person-centred care
- Recognise the benefits of TEC for people, carers, staff and the wider health and care system
