Alumni Events Autumn 2026

Add to favourites

We would love to welcome you back to Leading for the Future this autumn.

We are bringing alumni back together through a range of online sessions designed to give you the chance to reconnect with senior leadership peers from across the system, renew relationships and continue the conversations that started through the programme.

Whether you took part recently or several years ago, this is an opportunity to reconnect with the wider Leading for the Future community.

πŸ‘‰ Complete this MS Form to choose the session that works best for you.

And please spread the word. If you’re still in touch with others from your cohort, we’d love you to share the invitation with them too.

We hope you can join us.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with leadership@nes.scot.nhs.uk

All sessions are on MS Teams:

Adaptive Learning Set

Join us to participate in an Adaptive Learning Set, which will be dedicated to exploring the wicked issue of one of you, who will benefit from the support and skills of your Set members, while we work through the U process. Doing this, we will notice our ways of listening, questioning or making sense of complexity, and consider what we can carry forward.

Duration – two hours

Capacity – 7 Alumni on each date, from across the cohorts and years of the programme

 Available:

Thursday 29 October                        1400 to 1600

Wednesday 11 November                1300 to 1500

Reconnection session

Tuesday 20 October                          1400 to 1500

Latest thinking on leadership

Join us to reconnect and reflect with your peers on recent research that explores the realities of leading change in complex health and care systems, and to consider what we need to let go of, change or enable to make reform possible.
