Our aim is to design and implement a robust performance framework supported by dashboards that provide real-time insights into key metrics for business-as-usual monitoring, to provide evidence options appraisals for projects and initiatives and to understand people’s needs and then reporting progress on delivery in the wider community. This will enable evidence-based decision-making, improve transparency, and support continuous improvement across health and care services in Moray.
