Cohort 27 - The development of a Code of Conduct for use of Personas in service design and clinical education in accordance with Data Protection and Software as a Medical Device Regulations - Ian McLean
The project aims to collaborate with the wider Digitally Enabled Workforce community to create a Code of Conduct for a new service design and clinical education method. By using varied, layered personas, the method helps identify system weaknesses, test behavioural assumptions, and develop practical design principles.
