To design, implement, and evaluate a scalable virtual
monitoring pathway as a digital enabler to safely expand
Hospital @ Home capacity over a 6-week PDSA cycle. Due
to delays in digital services training and implementation, this
project is presented as a structured proposal for testing and
evaluating virtual monitoring within a Hospital @ Home
model.
