To implement and embed a Board-wide Adverse Event Review (AER) Dashboard by May 2026, providing NHS GGC with a reliable, near real-time view of Significant Adverse Events (SAERs), Local Adverse Event Reviews (LAERs), Potential AERs, Red Flags AERs, and open SAER actions. The Dashboard supports more consistent oversight, earlier identification of delays, improved escalation, and more transparent governance across divisions.
