By July 2026, the project team will establish and implement a comprehensive, system-wide methodology for measuring organisational culture across NHS Forth Valley. This will be achieved through the creation of a Culture Indicator Dashboard, capturing up to 50% of agreed culture metrics endorsed by the Culture Change & Compassionate Leadership Programme Board.
