The aim of this project is to introduce a simple and accessible patient and family feedback system within Ward 20/21 by June 2026. This will improve weekly feedback collection, increase patient and family engagement, and support continuous quality improvement through digital thematic analysis and monthly feedback sharing via a Patient Voice Wall.
