The aim of this project is to improve understanding and consistency in practice around the legal and ethical use of surveillance monitoring technologies in care services. This will be achieved through the design of clear, accessible, rights-based guidance for care providers, people using services and their families. The intention of increasing reported staff confidence and clarity in decision-making once the guidance is implemented.
