Cohort 27 - A Digital Resource to Direct Dental Patients for the Moray Public Dental Service (and NHS Grampian) to Smoking Cessation Resources - Daniel Sowter
Over a period of 1 year to develop a digital signposting resource to direct dental patients of the Public Dental Service in Moray to smoking cessation advice and resources with the aim that 90% of my patients who smoke have been given this advice/signposting and which can be demonstrated in their clinical notes.
