By summer 2026, the Children and Young People’s Physiotherapy service, will improve information sharing, for children and young people known to the service, with Scottish Borders Council Education Staff, as appropriate. As a result, 80% of school staff will be able to confidently locate the recommended support programme for the children and young people for whom a programme has been shared.
