National Centre Programme Reports 2025-2026
The Centre team have produced end of year reports, to support shared learning, and continuous improvement. These reports provide valuable insight into the work completed, detailing programmes across:

Each report provides details of the education and training programmes, highlighting key evaluation themes and the delivery of the first bespoke rural leadership programme for senior leaders. Also the work undertaken to develop a Direct support model as part of the Scottish Government Rural and Island Recruitment and Retention Strategy 2025.
The reports aim to provide examples of effective practice to help build a comprehensive picture of current challenges and opportunities within the rural and island health and care workforce.
