Vaccination Workforce Learning Event - World Immunisation Week 2026 - Monday 27 April 2026

Join us for a practical and inspiring learning event for Scotland’s vaccination workforce, taking place during World Immunisation Week. This online session will bring colleagues together from across Scotland on Monday 27 April 2026, 10:00–12:30.                                                               

During the event, we will connect national priorities with everyday practice, from understanding current vaccination trends and Scotland’s data landscape, to strengthening confidence in responding to false vaccine information and delivering inclusive, person‑centred care. You will hear from national experts and educators, gain real‑world insights from colleagues across Scotland, and explore Turas learning resources to support your ongoing development.                                                          

You’ll leave the session with practical tools, fresh ideas, and clear next steps you can apply immediately in your role. Revalidation: Eligible for NMC 150 mins participatory hours

Aims

To equip Scotland’s vaccination workforce with data‑driven insights, practical communication skills and clear pathways to further learning through Turas, aligned to the national priorities in Scotland’s 5-Year Vaccination & Immunisation Framework and Delivery Plan.

NES/PHS Spring Vaccination Programme Scotland 2026 2 April 2026

Join us for an essential Spring update for Scotland’s vaccination workforce, delivered in partnership by NES and Public Health Scotland. This focused webinar will bring practitioners together to explore key programme changes for Spring 2026, including updates to COVID‑19 and RSV vaccination and the legal frameworks that support safe and effective delivery. The session will take place on 2 April 1pm - 2pm.

Aims:

The aim of the webinar is to help support healthcare practitioners involved in vaccination to understand the legal frameworks available to sport the delivery of the Spring 2026 vaccination programme in Scotland.
