I will work to create new mechanisms for providing feedback on services received via the Interpretation & Translation service, ensuring that NHS Tayside are compliant with legal and legislative obligations and providing a voice for the ‘customer’, assessing feedback and implementing change/improvements where the need for this is identified; ultimately enhancing the experience of staff and lives of patients.
