By the end of December 2025, the MSK Occupational Therapy service will reduce printed patient information materials—specifically EIDO and BSSH—by 50%. These will be replaced with digital versions aligned to national guidelines, with email delivery established as the default method of distribution. Printed copies will remain available for any service users who opt out of receiving information by email.
