To develop, implement, and evaluate a digital competency platform that enables newly/appointed charge nurse, to access, complete and evidence core leadership and management competencies within their first 12 months in post. The platform will standardise competency development, offer real –time progress monitoring, and support ongoing professional growth, with the overarching aim of strengthening leadership capability, improving team performance, and enhancing the quality of patient care. .
