The primary aim of the project was to obtain data on active triage within paediatric MSK Physiotherapy and ensure achieving the Key Performance Indicator of 20% by October 2025. A follow up aim was to look at the current information given to patients deemed suitable for active triage and ensure easier accessibility to this by March/April2026.
