The aims were:
-to increase online referral by 50%
-To produce reliable information sources accessible by phone/tablet or PC.
-Reduce duplication in reporting/record keeping.
-Ensure safe record keeping.
-Allow service development, patient management and audit
-Reduce the use of paper 100% - leaflets and questionnaires
-To ensure review stages identified for patients.
Re-launch of the SDR service and the associated RDS app was promoted Scotland wide to stakeholders the roll out of an educational events programme.
