Our aim is to reduce the amount of non MSK physio referrals via SCI Gateway by 50% by December 2025. This will be achieved by improving our guidelines and mandatory questions on our digital referral form via SCI Gateway, to educate on common referral errors and redirect inappropriate referrals to the correct service.
