Add to favourites

The Health and Social Care Anti-Racism in the Workplace Toolkit is a suite of six anti-racism capacity building resources for the health and social care sector in Scotland. It was developed by Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER) in collaboration with NHS Scotland, Social Care sector partners, and the Scottish Government. The toolkit is formed of six guides – practical guides that support managers and staff trying to understand, support and improve the experience for staff who have experienced racism.
