Learner Agreement
Purpose of this Agreement
This Learner Agreement outlines the expectations and commitments for all participants attending the START programme. The aim is to ensure a professional, respectful, and effective learning environment for all involved.
Attendance and Participation
Attendance at all scheduled training days is mandatory for successful completion of the course. Trainers are expected to be punctual, actively engage in learning activities, groupwork, discussions and informal presentations.
Trainers are requested to inform the course organisers as soon as possible if unexpected issues arise and you are going to arriving late/ be absent.

Dress Code
Participants are expected to maintain a professional or smart casual dress code during all training sessions.
Use of Technology
To ensure full engagement during training:
Mobile phones and laptops/tablets should be switched off or set to silent during sessions, unless specifically required for a learning activity.
Commitment to Learning
Participants agree to:
Prepare for the sessions in advance by completing any required tasks or pre-reading
Handing in any exercises within the given timeframes
Acknowledgement
By attending day 1 of START you confirm you have read and understood the expectations outlined in this Learner Agreement and agree to adhere to them throughout the duration of the training programme.
