Aimed at those working in primary, secondary and community healthcare, the Take Five Talks are designed to support self-directed or peer-led learning about specific areas linked to the Armed Forces and Veterans community.
The Take Five Talks are intended for both clinical and non-clinical staff. The first Take Five Talk was uploaded in August 2025 with more to follow between September - December 2025.

This training encourages awareness of a policy that banned LGBTIQ+ individuals from serving in the UK military prior to 2000, and understanding of it's significant and negative impact on LGBTIQ+ service personnel.
