Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellowships


In partnership with Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorates, NES offers a number of Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellows to trainees in specialty (post ST2) training. 

One dental Fellowship is also available.


 

Scottish Quality and Safety Fellowships


NES manages the support the Scottish Quality and Safety Fellowship open to all clinical professions. The programme content covers improvement science, systems thinking, psychology and leadership, human factors and ergonomics, and service design.

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) offers opportunities for peri and post CCT trainees to take on a year's fellowship in various fields. These Fellowships offer a structured, supported way to explore specialist interests while gaining valuable experience early in your career. Scottish Rural GP Fellowship

The Scottish Rural GP Fellowship is a one‑year, fully supported post‑CCT programme designed for newly qualified and early‑career GPs who want to develop their skills and confidence in rural medicine. It offers a structured, hands‑on introduction to working in some of Scotland’s most remote, beautiful, and community‑oriented locations.
