The NHS Scotland Leading to Change GP Coaching service provides a confidential and supportive space for GPs in Scotland who may be facing challenges in their roles or considering the future of their careers. Designed for qualified GPs, the service offers up to seven hours of online coaching annually to around 70 participants, funded by the Scottish Government. Delivered by experienced, professional coaches, the program has been praised for helping GPs improve work-life balance, enhance resilience, reduce stress, and clarify career direction.
