How to create a QR Code
This page shows you how to generate a QR Code
By this stage you will have created your patient questionnaire and you should have a link to share with your patients. This link can be sent directly to a patient via email, or you can use the link to generate a QR Code.
Use a service such as:
- QRCode Monkey - Simple and free to use, no account required
- Adobe - Requires you to have an adobe ID or to register, but is free to use
Instructions for using QRCode Monkey
- Add the URL to the “Your URL” field
- Select “Create QR Code” (Green Button)
- Select "Download PNG" (Blue Button)
- After you click download, an advert will appear, you do not need to click anything on the advert. After around 5 seconds a download window will appear at the top right corner of your screen.
Instructions for using the Adobe Free QR code generator
- Select “Start Now”
- Add your URL to the “Enter or Paste your URL” field
- Select “Download"
- You will be prompted to login to your Adobe account if you have one, or given the option to create an Adobe account.
