In terms of area, my focus is on the organisation’s website as the website is quite simple and uncomplicated to navigate.
My plan is to create a digital dropdown which better addresses the criteria and expectations of advocacy when submitting a referral.
For contract monitoring, the organisation reports their findings and progress quarterly to local authorities, so I will be able to look at the short- and long-term changes in referrals and whether the digital pathway is having any effect on referrals
