This project aims to establish a user-friendly website providing evidence-based guidance for post-neck of femur fracture rehabilitation, targeting improved self-management, reduced service gaps, and enhanced resource efficiency within NHS Scotland by the end of October 2025, in collaboration with acute and community Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy stakeholders across Scottish health boards.
