The strengths and areas for development, action points and a personal reflection will form the report to be submitted to NES will evidence completion of this project.

The development needs and strengths submitted by practices to NES may be used to inform further research, guidance development priorities or policy development by NES and Scottish Government only.
The findings from anonymised reflective reports may be shared with participating practices and may be published. No practices or dentists will be identifiable.
QI Allowance Payment
On completion of this QI project those dentists eligible for a QI allowance payment should complete the payment form that will become available from 1st August 2025 from the PSD website and can be accessed at:

This form requires a self-declaration of compliance with the requirements of the project.
