The aim of the Microsoft Account Optimization Project is to increase the usage of Microsoft tools for annual leave requests, trainings and communication among NHS Fife domestic staff to greater than 90% by June 2025. This will streamline workflows, reduce IT-related burdens, and enhance overall staff satisfaction while aligning with NHS's digital transformation objectives.
