As a reminder for action, the NES sponsorship team will be in touch with you prior to your CCT regarding this extension, however, please ensure you are aware of the above timelines and take the necessary actions prior to your visa expiry date.
NES will not be your sponsor during this 4-month extension and will not be required to report on any activity. Once you CCT your record will be archived from the NES Sponsorship system, however we would expect you to keep in touch regarding a new visa application (Step 8 in above process). This will mean your refund for the 4-month extension visa application should be processed in a timely manner.
