The portfolio will enable you to evidence your progression as you undertake the learning outcomes associated with the Credential.
As you progress through your Credential journey the portfolio will allow you to store all your learning and progress to date. The evidence that you gather will be reviewed and signed off prior to the panel recommendation stage.
The Rural and Remote Credential (Unscheduled and Urgent Care) portfolio has been designed to allow you to record and share your learning, reflection and achievements for both the learner and recognition route.
Further details on how to navigate the portfolio are detailed in the Portfolio User Guide listed below and further information on methods of assessment and evidence linkage to the curriculum are explained in further detail in the Building a Portfolio document below.
This document was considered an exemplary portfolio of evidence by the inaugural GMC Rural and Remote Health Credential panel. The panel agreed that it clearly and concisely documents a doctor’s complete coverage of the Rural and Remote Health (Unscheduled and Urgent Care) curriculum. The document illustrates satisfactory completion with robust evidence, clearly communicating the achieved levels of performance.
