It's important to recognise that not everybody has equal access to connectivity, digital skills and devices, and that this can result in digital exclusion. Being digitally excluded can negatively affect the ways in which we are able to connect with and participate in today's society. In this short video (4m42s) from Vodafone, Emma Willis explores what it is like to spend a day completely disconnected:

Some of us might be nervous about using new digital tools. Think about whether you have any concerns about using digital tools in the workplace. How do your concerns compare with those of your colleagues and the people you support in your role?
