Talks from an exciting symposium regarding Transnasal Endoscopy (TNE) utilisation within NHS Scotland, delivered on the 17 May 2023 at the GJNH.
Transnasal Endoscopy (TNE) is an efficient, safe and well tolerated approach to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. TNE utilisation is increasing across the globe and in the UK but developments in Scotland have been limited. In collaboration with Scottish Government, experienced clinicians and the National Endoscopy Training Programme, a National TNE training programme and delivery models have been developed.
